They only managed an extra ~GBP 1m revenue than we did two years ago whilst in League One and finishing outside the playoffs. Given championship brings an extra 7m in tv money that’s quite surprising. | | | |

I thought that. For revenue to only be 15m as a Championship club when c. 60% of it is TV monies is pretty poor. Their attendances are pretty low though and I think the season ticket prices are too. We'll be generating more than double what they do from the non TV revenues. | | | |

All makes you wonder how Gamechanger propose to make a profit out of ITFC. Gates are fantastic and shirt sales off the scale, but they have already put large sums into training facilities, dugout, pitch and opening up the corner of the Cobbold. Then there's the proposed development of said Cobbold running into many millions. You also cannot get a team into the Prem on the cheap or keep them there. Ultimately players who cost little and can be sold is a way forward but a club has to be very shrewd to continually replace players whilst managing to maintain ultimately Premiership status. | | | |
