Not just that though is it? On the face of it, of course we are the better side with a lot more going for us, however was of the best spells in his career was at Cardiff, seems absolutely loved there and no doubt has a property in the area still so would have no issues there.
If he told Bournemouth he wanted Cardiff over us, it wouldn't matter what sort of bonus' we were offering, they'll just make a deal with Cardiff. Ultimately Bournemouth won't care who they send him to as long as they get their primary target onboard first, which is looking likely.
