Ha. Hadn't seen those ones. He looks like an expensive Harper in those clips..
Some much better ones elsewhere. Hopefully we get the better version lol.
If we have refs like the one on Saturday he will probably get booked more than Morsey. Those premier league players don't like heavy tackles. There will be plenty rolling all over the pitch.

I was suprised Mass got away with that cruncher on Jota in the first half on Saturday. It was perfectly legit and in fact a thing of beauty in my book, but still suprised it was allowed in the PL.

Considering how the referee had performed up to that point I looked straight at him, expecting a free kick to be given and a yellow card to Luongo.

I've not watched those videos but I was very excited after watching the one below the first time we were linked to him.
I can see the OP's point that the other video is an extraordinarily poor selection of clips, because when I look at the one you've posted he looks a hell of a player; great reader of an opponent's intentions, great at timing a long-legged ball-winning tackle and nicking the the ball of an opponent and carries it nicely too. I see some similarities with Greaves in this signing and suspect both might go on to very great things with us.
edit: so glad we've got the compulsory buy clause in this deal.

It was lovely wasn't it! Like you say, a real thing of beauty - something I thought had been lost to the game when Stevie G retired
