Although I think Tuanzabe will take some replacing at right back. Cajuste won't want to not be starting games and Phillips will need a fair bit of time before being a regular starter. Also definitely think Delap is seen more as a striker rather than on the right |  | | |

Why will he need a fair bit of time? He had a full pre season and played plenty of minutes. We are not paying serious money for him to bed in slowly. He's our marquee signing and would think he barely misses a minute from Fulham until the end of the season if he's fit. |  | | |

Also I'm still convinced Szmodics is not an inside left winger, he's as much a no.10 or second striker as you'll find.

TBH predicting an actual lineup is quite difficult as some of the players we've signed don't actually play in the roles that we lineup with so im not entirely sure how its going to go.
Chappers, we might be at his ceiling, I dunno, of all players he looked a tad out of his depth saturday but we must remember it's livepool, but it was interesting that most others liked quite comfortable.
Blackburn fans were saying Szmodics is best sitting behind the striker, but what can we play to utilise that whilst making the most of our other players? | |
