Cunha vs ITFC 11:01 - Feb 28 with 2735 viewsvictorysquad

It seems this is what this season may come down to. Can ITFC, as an entire support base / board / playing staff / coaches beat one man?

If we can't, we deserve to be relegated.

Poll: If we sing for 90 mins for all remaining games, how many points is it worth?

I think Wolves are a better team in several areas, and have the most important things in a relegation battle, a 5 point lead and momentum.

They're the best attacking side of the bottom 4, that's the biggest problem

Tactically, they seem to have a better idea what they are doing . Not scoring much, but their approach work is good

Yea...it's not though is it?

They could make a similar thread about Delap and that would be equally wrong.

Truly impaired.

The season has already come down to that - and Cunha won. It's over mate.

Since Wolves created their Jorges Mende/ Nuno Espirito Santos link up, they seem to have had the pick of the Portugese speaking footballers. from Brazil and Portugal. That is a great source of good players and something we should envy and look to mirror.

Being 5 points ahead is probably the biggest problem. The other night against Fulham they could easily have conceded 3 or 4 whilst not creating anything second half. Like us they are where they are for a good reason and I think some people are overplaying their performances.

Wolves have two quality players in Ait-Nouri and Cunha, both potential match winners, we need a good run of fitness and form from Enciso and Delap up front and Philips and Cajuste in midfield to get us a few wins. We can still do it but need a bit of luck to avoid injuries.

Neither Wolves, or one opposition player, has relegated us this season.

we are relegating ourselves with the amount of poor goals we give away. You can't even give credit to the opposition a lot of the time.

Southampton had to do nothing to beat us, we literally beat ourselves!

Good players indeed, absolute c-units though.

Think it's the other way around sadly! From the whoscored.com player ratings site (Sky's preference), with minimum appearance rules:

7th Cunha
92nd Aït-Nouri
96th Lemina (gone)
125th Semedo
135th Delap
149th Toti Gomes
152nd O'Shea
166th Larsen
167th Doherty
180th Davis
181st Muric
186th Greaves
197th Joāo Gomes
211th Hutchinson
212th André

Without minimum appearance rules:
74th Enciso
105th Palmer
111th Agbadou
144th Philogene
149th Munetsi
158th Burgess
170th Mosquera
171st Townsend

So a combined XI:

Palmer
Agbadou
Toti Gomes
O'Shea
Aït-Nouri
André or Munetsi
Joāo Gomes
Semedo
Cunha
Enciso
Delap

Last time I checked they were pretty excited that we could be without Delap.
they reckon he'll never escape being booked for the 10th time.

They often are. I am sure it wouldn't be hard to find oppositions fans that think Delap is one for example.

Will be so Ipswich that we beat Wolves twice yet still go down.
