Still haven’t sorted the queuing problems , North Upper queue snaking across Lower queue. In Lower Block 4 , row W a pipe drips onto the seat below it, steward informed, ‘ They’re aware’ apparently..
And worst of all, we’re still searched, and the ‘Pitch Protectors’ are still in position at half time!! Though the last two were just Prem requirements? Apart from that, I was thoroughly encouraged by the second half, starting to see patterns of play, relationships forming, and excellent efforts put in. |  | | |  |

One security man on two turnstiles meant we didn’t get searched though, so what’s the point. Get rid. Still took about 10 mins to get in and the queue wasn’t even that long.
Less said about the staff serving at HT the better as well, seem to get worse every season, was in a shirted queue as the whistle went and it took about 10 mins for the girl to work through it. |  |

It was pretty busy around the West Stand and Fanzone entrances at 11.15. Ok, it was a big crowd, but I think that wand thing the security people wave around is both pointless and unnecessary and causes delays. We are not in the PL now.
Perhaps the club could tell us what they’ve found on match days. If it’s rocket launchers, grenades, zombie knives, sling shots, crossbows, crack cocaine etc then I’ll happily stand corrected.
It needs sorting after a year of it. It’s ok talking about ‘fan experience’ and all that cliche nonsense, but it has to act it too. ITFC has got so much right in the past few years. It’s light years better than the Evans shambles in so many ways but there’s nothing wrong with working to improve aspects that are still not so good such as this and catering (see other thread). |  | | |

The knock on effect that sees it difficult to get through the hordes to the West Stand needs addressing too.
Found ourselves stuck yesterday at the back of the North only to work out we'd inadvertently joined a North Stand queue momentarily - but also still kinda dumbfounded at the size of said queue circa 10 mins to KO. |  |

Given how often they event management stewards/security companies ad kept popping up round the pitch, wouldn't surprise me to learn the club get them as part of the sponsorship deal and they're free essentially to help showcase their company.
That they arent very good isn't necessarily the outcome their company planned for. | | | |
