Bialkowski's Return Only Change
Tuesday, 17th Mar 2015 19:14

Town boss Mick McCarthy has named an unchanged team aside from Bartosz Bialkowski replacing Dean Gerken in the starting XI for this evening’s home game against Bolton Wanderers.

McCarthy said yesterday that keeper Gerken wouldn’t be risked having been knocked unconscious at Middlesbrough on Saturday.

Ipswich-born former Northgate pupil and one-time Blue Liam Trotter starts for the visitors, who make a late change on the bench with Kaiyne Woolery replacing Adam Le Fondre.

Town: Bialkowski, Chambers (c), Mings, Berra, Smith, Skuse, Bishop, Parr, Tabb, Murphy, Sears. Subs: Kenny, Clarke, Anderson, Chaplow, Bru, Varney, Wood.

Bolton: Amos, Vela, Mills (c), Dervite, Ream, Trotter, Coke, Walker, Rochinha, Gudjohnsen, C Davies. Subs: Bogdan, Moxey, Woolery, Hall, Twardzik, Bannan, Threlkeld. Fred Graham (Essex).

Not surprised there's no outfield changes tonight given how stubborn Mick has been

If we do not get a result tonight ,ie a win then rightly or wrongly i suspect a fairly large section of the crowd will let MM know their thoughts. What will he do ,tell them all to F off. We have never needed a win this season like we do tonight.COYB dont let us down again...

Perhaps Berra will play the role of the senior pro and help Tommy out and play on the right hand side, there must be some kind of change.
