I'm not necessarily hoping for any change in Labour leadership, more of a forlorn hope of some centre social democratic party that sets a higher safety net than the Lib Dems, is better on the environment than Labour and does not see culture and citizenship as the either/or dilemma that the Tories and UKIP are slaves to (and also an administration that comes down like a ton of bricks on religions that seek to curb the rights of individuals). I think this would have a broad appeal but it would need defections from all parties on an unprecedented scale. | |

The reason i would be happy is I would like so dearly for FPTP voting to be abolished and the fact this is the second (and possibly most nasty) hung parliament in 3 elections might be the catalyst we need for significant voting reform | |
