Agreed, would be a huge stumbling block and am sure he would probably have better offers on the table than we could afford.
If he is willing to take a significant pay cut though then I think we could do a lot worse in the short term, he looked like he still had plenty about him when Derby tore us apart at PR this season. |  |

I disagree, I don't think he'd start regularly. His work rate these days is poor, he's never offered much outside the box. He's a goalscorer but he doesn't score often enough anymore to compensate for his lack of all round contribution. | |
