MM is playing games . He must know in his own mind whether he wants to stay or not .and he should be man enough to have that conversation with ME . Chances are he is waiting to see what options he has and whether ME will be pleading with him to stay .
It would be good for both the club and also MM if both move on with a fresh start , but with ME in charge , who knows , he might see MM as a safe option . .....I hope not for everyone's sake , this club just can't continue to stagnate any more . |  | | |

Not necessarily a certainty he will succeed elsewhere but obviously money will help, just like it would have done here and it would with most managers out there, that isn't exclusive to Mick.
Evans desperately needs to change his investment approach if he wants any future managers to actually get us promoted, but it does also seem that time for the club to change management is this summer. Love lost between support/manager and a stagnation over last two seasons probably means that some fresh ideas and a fresh approach across the board is necessary.
I cannot see any way from here on in that Mick can stay and get us promoted under the current circumstances, and if that's the case, why persist? |  | | |
