It's a brilliant program, probably my favourite American sitcom since Scrubs and How I Met Your Mother!
Fox cancelled it because ratings had steadily dropped but the streaming ratings, which they didn't take into account, are huge. I'm so glad that NBC have picked it up and they tend to have a history for persisting with comedies despite the ratings if people like it enough. Cannot believe that Fox have persisted with The Simpsons for so long yet were willing to cancel such a fresh comedy like B99.
The Boyle 'Diane Weast' cold open never fails to make me laugh, and also whenever Holt breaks character from his stern self and says something like 'hot damn' is just too funny. |  | | |
