Next manager 22:03 - Mar 4 with 4862 views | Nthsuffolkblue | We have appointed experienced managers on a downward spiral repeatedly since Evans took over the club (arguably MM was the exception and, of course there was Hurst too). Our next manager needs to be something different. Someone who is young, knows the game, respected and intelligent. Someone with potential who can develop and bring a proper breath of fresh air. My suggestions are Micah Richards and Liam Rosenior. Thoughts? EDIT: Two more suggestions would be James Collins or Jonathan Walters. [Post edited 4 Mar 2020 22:04]

Next manager on 08:22 - Mar 5 by Herbivore | Burley as DoF and Dyer as head coach. Job done. Can't possibly do any worse than the current set up and they'd prioritise developing the yoot dem. |
Dyer was a great player but he struggles with long sentences. What amazes me is the continuous mention of a 70 year old Neil Warnock. If anyone who took part in the Mick Out campaign supports that as an appointment they should hang their heads in shame. Unfortunately we have no one at the club with enough football knowledge to make the appointment.

OMG we agree on something. I posted this yesterday (except I had Matt Holland in there with Dyer as well). It would certainly be exciting, get the fans on board and have people passionate about ITFC pulling the strings for a change.

Next manager on 06:59 - Mar 5 by bournemouthblue | The name suggested to me is Mowbray who we have been interested in before but he hasn't felt it was the right time to join The right time probably doesn't feature Evans as owner Bring on some rich Oligarch or Steel Magnet Alan Brazil has been attempting to smooze the Godolphin Owners I'm told, he's at Newmarket a lot apparently Keep on trying Alan, you never know |
Would love Mogga, but prefer a rare earth to a steel magnet.

Next manager on 22:17 - Mar 4 by J2BLUE | To my shame I no longer really care. The problems run too deep to be solved by a change of manager. I'm not saying I want Lambert to stay, I really don't. Someone like Warnock might be able to come in and take us up but long term our slide will continue. We will be relegation candidates if we managed to go up. I am walking away next season. I will go to the odd game but i'm not going to watch this managed slow decline that started when Evans arrived. Every season expectations get lowered and we get lied to. |
Walking away? You've only come back for a few months!

A foreign manager who is up to speed on all the modern techniques and training methods would be a direction Evans hasn't tried yet.

Next manager on 09:38 - Mar 5 with 470 views | itfcjoe | I've commented in the other thread but Richards is someone who isn't even doing is coaching badges so that would be bonkers. I want a good manager, who is young and has experiecned some success and failure in the lower leagues - give him something to fight back against. Moderna dn forward thinking - the sort of manager who will explain to fans why he has set up how he has and why it has or hasn't worked - not someone saying tactics aren't important and dinosaur phrasing like that. A man manager who will earn the respect of the players before kicking arse. I think a rookie would be a mistake, this is still a big club and there isn't enough structure around the manager to make his job easier. Richie Wellens, Karl Robinson, Nathan Jones - someone of that ilk

Though it would probably require that somebody had heard of him, preferably someone I.T.K.
