Ive been saying for months- we are not locking down as hard as others, and are proceeding along the same lines as our neighbours when our figures just arent comparable.
If masks are a benefit- make it now not 15 june. Ditto quarantine (though that makes little sense given most imports from abroad will be less likely to have the virus than the people already here...)
