Huws is just like Paul Taylor. Utter waste of money and time. He does nothing.
I think that is a bit unfair on Huws, his body has let him down but he stayed fit for the majority of last season and had some good games, but seems to have lost what he had. But games like Oxford away in rubbish conditions he showed his value.
And Edwards is decent as well, he probably ended the season better defensively than Garbutt on the other flank. I'd like to see him get a run higher up the pitch as has a knack of making things happen

Disagree with most of that. We've picked worse footballers regularly, Wilson for example. Edwards mainly played wing back last season to cover for KVY. It's not really his position but he improved in it and always put in a shift. You seem to think people rate him, I've not seen many people big him up to be honest but most just disagree with your constant singling out of him, often when he's not really done anything to warrant it.
There is significant middle ground between your stance on Edwards and actually rating him as a good player because, as always, you tend to situate yourself at an extreme pole. It's the kind of thing attention seekers tend to do, moderate opinions don't garner much of a reaction.
My views on Wilson have remained the same and were voiced regularly when he was playing and when people try to say he is better than Chambers. Now that most have seen through the Wilson nomsense there is no need to post them. Edwards clearly still needs explaining, don't worry though I got the same sort of feedback when I was explaining to the board how poor Martin and Priskin were. Priskin took longer for many to see just like Edwards is taking longer.

He was superb on this day.
he is a highlights watchers dream player because he stands around and every now and again runs fast in a direct way. It is much like a low budget theo Walcott, for years people were trying to make him out to be a world beater but in the end teams are better off without him there. Every now and again they will do something amazing but overall spending large chunks of the game as a spectator and having the touch of a trampoline get found out

I think he’s exactly what the Peterborough fans said he was when we signed him: Frustratingly inconsistent. He shows moments of excellence and then fades - sometimes for weeks. Luxury player IMHO.
I'm not sure how he can be 'inconsistent' when he's been largely rubbish here, bar a few weeks in 2018/19 when he was merely indifferent.

Who do we think we are going to sign on the money available under the salary cap to improve us ?

Holy plenty good enough KVY plenty good enough Chambers plenty good enough (compare to other cbs at this level) Woolf plenty good enough Kenlock hit and miss but possible improvement to come in Downes plenty good enough Bishop plenty good enough Huws plenty good enough Lankester plenty good enough Norwood should be good enough Dobra hopefully good enough

People want us to play the youngsters but then they demand signings. We need a striker, a full back or 2 and a cb potentially depending on who we clear out
