I’m sure there are other things I could have added (had I had more options available), but I’m genuinely interested to hear people’s thoughts on what meaningful change Lambert has achieved in just over two years at the club.
I’ve thought about this a lot since LoN, the Supporters Club and Evans have all come out and suggested everything’s hunky dory and/or that now’s not the time to ‘disrupt’ things... but given the total lack of positive impact Lambert seems to have had, I simply can’t see any sense in their argument!

This is a serious question, by the way.

The comedic value of the club has improved greatly.

The fence at Playford Road?
Hah, maybe. I’m open to any suggestions at the moment!
You too, Paul, Lee, Marcus, Luke, Cole... I’m especially interested in your (anonymised) thoughts. Convince me/us that this rot isn’t as damaging as it feels... please!?

Until recent times I'd have possibly said the club/fan relationship. But they have fooked that recently haven't they?
I agree. Part of the problem for me now, is that the one thing PL seemed to have going for him was shattered by him showing his true colours in the wake of Phil’s banning.
I can only assume that some fans, and the club, can see some value in his performance that I can’t, so I’m genuinely curious about what it is.
For small spells, I’d have said the football and the relationship between fans and club. Lambert always talks about how broken we were when he arrived, and I think he had a point and did improve those things initially.
But as of now, none of the above. It’s all gone toxic again. Any other club would be looking to do something different, be that change the manager and/or other aspects of the footballing structure. I suppose we did get rid of our fitness coach, but don’t see how that’s a progressive move if we don’t replace him. Glaciers move and learn more quickly than Evans though.

Agree re the first bit. He certainly said the right things early on, but sadly his commitment to improving that relationship has never manifested into meaningful actions.
Much like his commitment to improving our football.
