I see The Mash Report has been axed by the Beeb 15:11 - Mar 12 with 2740 viewshomer_123

Seems to be a fair amount of people complaining it's gone (left wing comedy show holding the Gov to account etc etc).

Not sure about anyone else but I just never found it funny.

Why on earth would they let Scotland in the EU?

Turkey has been waiting for years

Which stats are these on 7 day rolling averages increasing? I've only looked at deaths but as of yesterday they were the lowest they'd been since October and have been on a continuous downward trend.

Third day running Scotland’s infections are higher week on week. That hasn't happened anywhere else in the UK for a couple of months.

Hasn’t Scotland seen less deaths per capita than England?

Could be wrong- but I think I seen that on the news quite recently.

The stats I've seen show the rolling 7 day average for deaths going down day by day still. Where are your stats from?

My apologies. It's the infections figures that are higher week on week over the past three days. Three consecutive days of higher infection figures. I had misread the figures and I've edited the post.

The rate up here is also higher than in England. Despite England has 10x the population density and 5x as much testing per 100,000.

Edit. In the last seven days, only Sunday and Tuesday showed a week on week reduction in infections..

Hard to know what to read into those figures though. Some school years in Scotland have been back for a few weeks now whereas in England pupils only went back on Monday. That will have an impact on infection rates, an impact you'd be expecting to see a few weeks after the change has been made.

As several others have pointed out, that's been no obstacle to Miranda or Mrs Brown's Boys.

True. There are many programmes repeatedly commissioned with should be thrown in the bin.

No one really watches Songs of Praise either.

Is that still going?

No god-fearing person would accept watching a bit of telly over actually going to church.
