I've not really followed higher leagues much, but Grealish, has he just rapidly improved over the past 12 months or something? I'd barely heard of him going into the Euros, or am i just really behind on higher leagues | |

Is it a done deal then?
He’s ahead of Sterling, his time may be up at City. It’s two of him, Foden and Mahrez I would think.
He’s also got much longer on his Villa contract than Sancho had on his Dortmund one which has a big impact on price clearly. |  |

I'll get voted down for this, but the hype around him at the Euros was definitely influenced by the fact that he has silly hair and a thick accent, and he's seen as "just a normal lad". He's good, but he's not worth £100m in any market. Another case of a player being more expensive just because he's English |  | | |
