Just find it a little odd he doesn't come over to the fans with the players, anyone know his reasoning?

I’m struggling to find the story, believe it was in August, have copied and pasted it before but he explained he likes to let the players get the applause as they put the work in. That’s why he does his ‘jig’ pre-match. |  |

He's also consistent with it too, he could've easily gone over to the away end at full time yesterday & lapped it up. Lambert, & most other managers, would've done. |  |
