If we have to have a circuit breaker we need people to observe it and unfortunately there will be a number who point to this behaviour, shrug their shoulders and ignore it.

The issue has become like the Brexit divisions all over again with those who refuse to accept experts doing whatever they want and arguing that anyone else is wrong and should be forced to follow their viewpoint while others are frustrated they can't simply see the severity and do the right thing.

So tired of this. It’s incessant blame of your peers for nearly two years now.
You blamed the lack of impact from the lockdown last Nov on peoples behaviours before the delta variant was identified as the problem. People have behaved really responsibly in the main.
