Grim Discovery at Work this Morning 18:55 - Feb 14 with 1967 views

I was working remotely this morning and requested a room to do a Teams call.

I was shown to the office of a client who is on leave this week who had told our manager on site that it was fine for me to use. I don’t know this particular client.

Imagine my disgust when upon opening the door I was confronted by a Norwich shirt signed by Grant Holt and sundry other Budgie memorabilia.

I had to rearrange the furniture to ensure that none of the offending articles were in shot, but as a relatively senior person I had to be grown up about the whole thing.

In my position what would you have done?

What a horrendous experience. I’ve had a couple:

We got on quite well after that.

	It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.

That might confuse the locals though, unless there was a dictionary definition next to it of what one of those is, to be able to recognise a replica.
