Dijon were the issue at one point, I believe, but that evidently was resolved.
Further to that, I'm not convinced it's particularly helpful or ethical for what I assume was a private conversation like that to be posted on here (or elsewhere) presumably without the other person concerned knowing about it.

Us over Simpson and Dijon over Celina are opposite sides of the same coin really. Both probably resigned to moving them on, but will want to get as much for them as possible, and given it's early in the window will probably be happy to wait and see what happens. Hopefully interest in Celina doesn't pick up from elsewhere, would be frustrating if a Championship club swooped in and picked him up. |

Why would he forego some of his wages if he knows other clubs (Stoke and Kasimpasa) would match it.
It’s clear as day that Dijon do not want to pay a penny forwards his wages for this season. Town quite clearly don’t want to pay the full whack, so it’s a game of cat and mouse and who blinks first. |  |
