It’s not the language I would use, but based on some of the jargon employers use in job postings and Linkedin etc., I’m never surprised when applicants do this. They probably have a much different persona than their CV suggests.

I can't stand nonsense jargon in professional world. It's utterly pointless and gives absolutely no idea of whether someone can do a job at all.
In fact i find it just promotes inefficiency. the number of 6 figure salaries companies pay out for absolutely nothing is astonishing.
I'd completely dismiss this BS type of jargon on CVs, I'd only be looking for achievements and evidence of actual accomplishment. If he's got that then fair enough, otherwise its going in the shredder for me.

Every time I now listen to a politician I shake my head in despair as they churn out the same meaningless crap.
It's found its way into everyday life I suppose.
Mind you, it's also fair to say corporate speak has been around for some time so maybe it's just that. Some people like the sound of it and so try it out on others thinking it sounds important.
