The number 18 shirt has huge sentimental value to him and is still available, so putting 2 and 2 together... I don't think it's likely but not impossible. Sounds like we're still in the market for a striker so could be an option.

Bonne scored more than Hirst last year and is an Ipswich fan and a great bloke. Have him back in a heartbeat.

I see your point, except that all numbers have been taken up to 25 except 18. It does seem a bit of a coincidence. Wouldn’t surprise me if the club are keeping their options open.

He was good until KM sped the play up and Bonne couldn't stay onside. Even in the latter games when Wolfenden was on a mad run.. Bonne was offside had Wolfy given him the ball. He just couldn't stay onside.
