I really need a new prescription of my thyroid tablets for an underactive thyroid and have been without them for 7 days (I'm starting to feel wierd). My problem is that I have really bad anxiety, so much so that I'm scared to make a phone call so I haven't phoned to reorder them. Really need these tablets but to order them I will have to speak to the receptionist who is alway angry because I haven't ordered them sooner (I think she suffers from PMT or depression)
Am I within my rights to call them and demand to only speak to the doctor who will give me sympathy and guidance or will I have to go through the angry woman on the front desk?
I do really need these tablets as I could go into a coma if I don't take them and it's been a week since I last took them. However, to do so I have to succumb to the venomous wrath of the angry woman. She is so angry it makes me shake. No word of a lie [Post edited 24 Nov 2022 14:52]

Perhaps I'm naive but I think it's probably safer to assume someone is genuine if they're posting something of this nature. It feels to me that the downside risk of not doing so far outweighs the upside potential of 'outing' a troll. |
