A few weeks back someone I know applied for a food bank parcel on my behalf. In this cost of living situation it's really hard for me to afford to stick to a gluten free diet as it's so expensive. Anyway, they sorted me out with some lovely gf bits for me and I was so grateful.
I thought it was a one off but I just had a knock on the door, not only did they deliver another food parcel to me but they also gave me £20 worth of co op vouchers in a lovely Christmas card.
They really didn't have to do it a second time, let alone give me vouchers too. Its absolutely made my day and really does make you realise there are some lovely people out there.
Btw, it was Manningtree Food bank who done this for me so big up them, such lovely people

1: how on earth can I prove myself? Ive given it a good shot by giving you my number and inviting you to call me for a chat, not sure if I can make a bigger effort than that tbh.
2: you may not think that the things you say are harmful but the person on the receiving end may perceive them to be vile and harmful, they just might be a weaker, more sensitive person than you are
3: I'm not leaving the site, I was just saying I'm out of here because I'm going to have a bathe and then watch the football.

Genuine question Ryorry, what would it take to represent proof? I like you, and I'm not trying to extract £50 of your hard earned for charity, but genuinely curious as to how someone goes about proving themselves on here.
Phil has already said there are ways and means of linking accounts to other posters etc and that there's nothing untoward in that respect.
