Just seen some video clips of Leicester in their pre season games and others. as much as I love wolfy and I like Burgess, at the moment I can't see them having the mobility or natural movement ability or knowledge to deal with the level of defence splitting balls that we are going to face in the champ. Absolute different ball game to that faced in league 1.

To spell it out, Leicester aren't the average team in the Championship. If they make their budget and squad talk on the pitch as it does on paper, they'll win the league and probably beat us and almost everybody else twice on the way, new centre backs or not.
There's no realistic scenario where we get to the end of this transfer window and our squad looks competitive with Leicester's on paper. So it's the wrong question to ask. | |
