[edit)] Although really his first name was Paul, which when you think of it is a strange name for a baby. Must make them feel like they are already at school and spending an extra ten minutes on their homework each night to keep in that all essential top quartile of the class academically.

Random question - I was speaking to my Scottish friend the other day and we got into silly discussion over how you pronounce Amish.
I say Am-ish but makes it rhyme with Hamish and says 'amish

One oddity that came up the week before last was a friend telling me she had been pulled up on saying 'Mackay' as Mac Aye when those around her claimed it was Mac eee. I think they were getting marmalade and chocolate manufacturers confused. Decent chocolate, Mackie's.
