I was banging on about it being poor back in July, here we are 24 hours away from deadline and we’ve missed virtually every target we’ve bid for and will now be scrambling around for what we can get on deadline day, Ahadme MKII is in full swing.

I feel like squad depth has improved with Taylor and Hutchinson but not overall impressed. The starting XI is the same as last year and it’s clear we’ve missed out on targets. |  |

Only really Luongo and Hirst out of that list playing regularly. And they were both playing regularly the end of last season. It's still basically the same first team with a couple of squad players added. Both Ashton and Kieran said we needed more quality and were going to push on this year with better players. That hasn't happened upto now, we still have around 36 hours though, so we will see. If the club isn't as ambitious as KmK that will be the only reason we lose him. So it's down to the club and Ashton to sort it. |  | | |
