He was superb wasn't he. Calm, assured, made some important interventions, carried the ball out from the back, passed it well. No worries if he needs to start in the league.

Puts that video second in most views on the channel, just above the Bristol Rovers game in third (where Baggott was the thumbnail).

Poll: An interesting day for our politicians, but which one is worse?

He seems to have a bit of that relaxed assurance that Wolfy has.

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

It just makes me wonder why the club aren't tapping this market more, pre-season friendly, merchandise etc.

Marketing potential for Ashton to consider - Club should do a preseason in Indonesia against one of the top Liga 1 sides i.e. Persija, Persib, PSM etc. which will easily draw 80,000-100,000. A game at Gelaro Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta easily puts the atmosphere at Lazio, Galatasaray, Napoli, Red Star Belgrade etc to shame. Just like Son getting Koreans interested in Spurs, we are already gaining fans and attention in Indonesia - a football-mad country with a population of 275 million thanks to Baggott.

P.S. Added advantage of getting the team used to the atmosphere in Europe!

I noticed at the Reading game that Baggott is deceptively quick, too. Tracked one of their wide-men the full length of the pitch and was not outpaced.

Good Lord! Whatever is it?

Who’s the pop star equivalent of Ed Sheeran in Indonesia? Should get them both wearing Baggott shirts

Why do you think I add #timnas and other hashtags to Baggot stories! Actually, we don't make much from users from Indonesia, unless they come in very significant numbers.

My Grab drivers in Bali all knew Ipswich thanks to EB. Definitely something for the powers to be to think about.

Feck me he's been a busy boy. Surprised he's not too exhausted to play footy.

Yes, on every social media post, no Bajner, no party from tons of Hungarians. It's a shame the player didn't live up to the social boost he gave!

I have no idea, perhaps one for me to ask my Indonesian friends. Used to travel there for projects and managed to squeeze in a local game or two. Their top league is probably lower League One/top-half League Two standard but boy the ultras were immense.

If the club could just make T-shirts with Baggott's name/number on it with slogans like "Kita Ipswich (Together Ipswich)", "Ipswich Mantap (Ipswich Excellence)" etc. and price them at say £10 each they would be selling by the thousands.

Its a whole new untapped market for the club to break into

He's also a dirty buger behind the refs back too. But does it really well
