Now that was a smash and grab 21:43 - Dec 12 with 3440 viewsGlasgowBlue

Nowhere near our best tonight.

3 Points, top of the league. Lovey Jubbly.

Let's also not forget it should have been 2-1 at half time.

There was nothing at all wrong with that goal.

I thought it was just a different type of performance rather than not being at our best.

It just showed again we have different strings to the bow - little bit similar to Sunderland first game.

When you come up against a side away from home with quality, you have to be able to soak pressure as well being dangerous going the other way.

And one thing about us that is for certain, we are very dangerous going forward.

Fantastic result, there is no better feeling than them away days in football.

Blimey Glassers me old mate that’s not my definition of a smash and grab!

I thought we were absolutely quality and well the 3 points. In fact if I was in charge I’d give us a bonus point purely for beating a team in that horrible yellow kit.

No way was that smash and grab. Two quality teams swinging punches and we out lasted them

I didn't think so, but none of our players protested at the decision and seemed to accept it.

Thought we were pretty good. A few off form but a really tough place to go and win.

You’re not going to go places like that and dominate the game after a tough road win a few days earlier. It was a great performance and a point would have been a brilliant, the win is unreal and with Leeds falling apart again gives us some margin for error over Christmas. But with the way this club is going it gives us the chance to really separate even further as well.

Probably the night of the season so far us.

Agree completely, fantastic evening considering the result at Sunderland.

As it's panto season, I'm another one in the 'oh no it wasn't' camp.

It was an end to end ding dong that we marginally did better out off. Probably the most opposite to a smash and grab you'll ever see.

Weirdly I thought we played well against a team who had lost one in the last ten.

These are better than the 3 nils

Not a weird thought. Maybe looked different on TV but I I thought we edged it

Williams protested and probably had the best view, standing central outside the penalty area.

Actually several of our lads had a right go at the Ref at halftime , we accepted it as that's the right thing to do at the time or you can lose a goal by not having your mind on the job . I thought it was very soft but at least the Ref blew early to rule it out ,think it was just a case of several players from both sides pushing and shoving so the Ref cops out by punishing the attacking side !

Indeed, although I guess there isn't much point in arguing with a ref like that - he could easily get the cards out.

Still looks like a goal to me though.

Indeed, and half the players stopped so I don't think we were robbed, but giving a free kick to the defence in these situations is a massive cop-out.

I thought we played very well against a decent Watford side. It was a thoroughly entertaining end to end game. I really enjoyed it anyway.

Again, I think people aren't getting that this was slightly tongue in cheek after the official Broro report on our emphatic 2-0 win up there.

I thought we played well in the first half but were very sloppy in the second, as per a few posts last night and the general feeling in the Blue Monday telegram chat, until Morsy's goal. That pretty much came from a mistake and until then the game was heading for a more than acceptable draw.

10 shots 6 on target to there 3

We weren’t at our best, but we won a lot of the physical battles… which I didn’t expect

For that reason it’s a great performance

Subs were not firing to the level we needed though

2 of their 3 shots on target were in 3 first half seconds...
