Yes, I know, compared with how we've been doing this season up until recently, it's dipped a bit, but thanks to that start, we're still second in the Championship table, which is amazing compared to where we were even this time last year. I don't think it is an unreasonable take.
Isn't it great to be 3 points clear in second place when we are on such a poor run! Gone are the years where we were in Stoke's position reading a report like that and thinking "that team has gone off the boil, we are now on a run, let's fight our way to 6th place (some 11 points away) or at least overhaul the budgies who are only 6 points ahead of them!" |  |

It probably the obvious angle. Stoke needed to tighten up, so a 0-0 against a team in 2nd place is a good result. We have laboured lately and are struggling to score and so this mini-run is poor by our standards so far this season. |  |

Yes, that average would put us approx 6 points behind Nodge's actual points total for the season to date.
