Who is responsible for the mentality at Ipswich Town? 10:30 - Mar 6 with 9732 viewsSamWhiteUK

We all know that this team never give up and never know when they're beaten. But who is responsible for that? Is it McKenna and his coaching staff? Should credit go to the recruitment team and process for identifying players with the right personality credentials? Sam Morsy for his leadership and drive? How have we ended up with such a terrific bunch who would go to war for one another?

I know the reality is going to be a mix of everything, but it's not hard to imagine a scenario where you have a great amount of talent in a squad that would lose games like last night's, or draw vs Rotherham.

Discuss.

From the outside, it's impressive. 6 or 7 games ago. I thought you lot were looking like choking, but to ciem back from that is promotion hardness. Coming to terms with it now!

Stop pretending you're looking "from the outside" :)

Craze is a girl?!! This thread is throwing the whole thing off it’s axis!

Not a real horse though, in true pantomime tradition it is actually three blokes committed to following Neil Young around (that's why he always looks so spooked, that and being upstaged by Ed Sheeran before he could get his act together and be Town's celebrity supporter - we're still waiting Neil...)

I'll be honest - this is not looking good at the moment.

Have tweeted Crazee to get final clarification and will accept my fate once they confirm their animal status.

It is a horse but actually identifies as a Doberman , hence the confusion.

Think it massively improved when Dimley was booted.

This morning I was minding my business and I happened to see this zebra rainbow unicorn. I’m not zoological expert but I understand that these beautiful animals are quite rare and very shy. Luckily I just had enough time to take my phone out of my pocket and take a photo.

That would be a great picture, if it wasn't for the fact that you snapped it at the exact moment it was doing diarrhoea.

Still blows my mind.

Yes crazee is definitely a girl mascot. I remember when crazee was first introduced as it always used to be just bluey and they definitely introduced crazee as a girl!

It's funny how people see the same mascots differently.

I wonder what Frimmers thinks about all this.

He'd probably say Crazee's an aardvark.

Back when I was at primary school there was a competition to design what is now Crazee for all the schools in the Ipswich area.

Sadly my entry of a dead canary did not win.
