We need more from Chaplin 22:27 - Apr 27 with 1493 viewscbower

He's still grafting but it's not quite happening for him. At least Morsy plays the final two, if he doesn’t get sent off at Cov!

Chappers is a bit of a passenger at the moment. Has been for a month or so. Had hoped the break would have helped but he just doesn't get involved. Absolutely thus can be down to opponents but it's upto him to make himself available. Like calvalho did first half dropping into gaps and asking for the ball.

I know Hutchinson played well tonight, but I think he is better suited to the "number 10" role. I thought he had some great games playing there.

I love Chaplin, but the last couple of months it's just not working for him.

Chappers will score on Tuesday, don't worry about that

I though Burns back would help see more balls sent his way, didn't quite come together like that today though.

Hutchinson had his best game all season tonight...from right wing.

Burns made a difference but is clearly not quite at full tilt yet, understandably so

Chaplin tends to go missing against those more athletic sides, you want more bite defensively from him in these games where he goes a bit quiet too

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!

Chappers' job is primarily scoring goals. If he's not scoring, we will question his impact. But he's a great finisher and i wouldn't drop him.

A but harsh in my opinion.

Chaplin thinks faster than a lot of them and misses Clark behind and Wes in front. We should also consider that the opposition teams have sussed our game and Chaplin is tying up their defenders which is leaving more space elsewhere.

Nooooo, it’s illegal to knock players on here!

But yes, you’re right, same with Broadhead.

Hutchison thought…. Just wow.

RIP Sir Bobby

I don't think it's that. His out of trouble ball is hitting it first time to the flanks. Is it skill or just a way out. So when it's not on he then looks like he has recently where he doesn't really contribute in a massive way.

It's a great tool when it's available. It's set up a fair few attacks too so it works so it's no bad thing.. it's just when it's not on... he's not the type who can carry the ball past players instead.

Yes, those goals were real Bruce Rioch goals. Anyone remember him? Right winger with a great left-foot shot.

Though he is second in the team for assists after Davis.

I don’t disagree he’s not at his best right now, but he isn’t JUST a goalscorer.
