What happens if Delap picks up an injury or is sent off tomorrow? We play Al-Hamidi up top? I like him, but he struggled to make an impact against Wimbledon after the 5th minute. Playing that role requires such a unique skillset in a McKenna side. | |

I think that depends on whether we see Al Hamadi as good enough for 3rd choice and how much we end up relying on 3rd choice.
Ultimately it appears we tried to force Chelsea's hand on Broja, they were unwilling to bend and so they are left with his wages and an unhappy player whilst we are left a little short in that department until January ... unless Latte Lath or someone is on their way instead. |  |

Isn't it a lot more than that? Being stuck with players like Broja is not going to help them at all.
