Quite. Every player and manager is different. If they all did the same it would be boring.
Some one on here wasn't happy with Szmodics suggesting he wasn't a team player for having the audacity to head back to the changing room without walking round the pitch clapping. Multitude of reasons why a manager or player may not do this.
