What have I said wrong now? Many posts from other posters mentioning off the pitch issues with wolfy. And KMs picked an injured CB over a fit one.

That explains a lot (speaking as someone with chronic back problems).

Would be brilliant to have Mass back, we've missed him bigtime.

Maybe he thinks that O’Shea is better than Wolfy even when not totally fit. He sees them both in training every day

He started the game before last and came on at the weekend, when Townsend who could be another right back option was on the bench. People on TWTD saying they've heard things about a player doesn't mean he's been banished from the squad

With an achilles you may not know until its had a chance to heal. And even then it may be a loss of top oace

Most posters have a sense of time and place, & know when to keep quiet though.

You were the one on here telling everyone how much better O'Shea was than Wolfy the other week, why is it now inconceivable that McKenna rates him higher and must mean that Wolfy is a bad egg, despite the fact he has been through spells of being dropped by every manager he has played under and never been a problem before

It's not inconceivable at all. You're very angry about this. I'll move on as I still don't know whats worked you up so much so not much point carrying it on.

That or he wanted someone in the backline with previous Premier League experience. I suppose, if Woolfenden had played ahead of O'Shea at Brentford, we would have had our League One defence out there. Not that anyone would have noticed the difference from the 40th minute onwards.

At presser on 13:50 - Nov 1 by pointofblue | Thanks for this Phil. O'Shea with a severe back injury being preferred to a seemingly fully fit Woolfenden will do wonders for the latter's confidence. |
It will be interesting to see if O'Shea starts tomorrow. If his back injury is severe I can only imagine it will be unlikely to improve if he plays. What are the odds on getting Greaves back in a few weeks and then needing to rest O'Shea?

Balanced assessment as always. Not to mention accurate!
