Ah yes. I’d just never heard it in relation to a bumbag. So that explains it, as this was on Amazon so catering for both markets.

Indeed. And Swansea Jack was a dog. He saved someone from drowning and now has a statue down by the old cricket ground St Helens, which is where Sobers scored his 36 in an innings and, less famously, just around the corner from where I used to live. Glamorgan have only recently stopped playing a few matches there, so I think it’s just rugby now and rumours that the Ospreys will be going back there. Fascinating stuff for all you non-Swansea people, I’m sure.

What's so great about scoring 36 in an innings? Brian Lara once scored 501 not out in an innings.
