A lot of people park on one of the side streets off Norwich Road (Dale Hall Road side) and walk in from there.

It's only at Portman Road and West End Road where the charges apply, other IBC car parks aren't included so that would mean the former Police Station car park as an example

I assume the Spiral Car Park will be cheaper also
