Can't think of many positives at all to be honest.
Mckenna is not the best manager in the world as some think, sometimes he does things that confuse and he gets things wrong.
On the pitch though today, there was little desire, there was little motivation from the captain (think how vocal magilton was as captain), there is an absolutely dreadful goalkeeper in between the sticks. This season will almost certainly end in relegation. Fully deserved on today's performance.

Muric should be embarrassed, punching balls away with two fists to opposition players, when he could catch it and then obviously his brainfarts when he thinks he is something he is not, ridiculous decision to come charging out of his goal.
He is an absolute clown, needs removing immediately from the team....

Manager who really had an urge to put himself in the shop window, signings have not been top quality and more geared towards winning the championship next season, and we are really struggling to increase the size of the squad with hours to go until Liverpool at home.
What makes people genuinely think we can compete against 95% of the teams in this Premiership.
I await the downvotes for being realistic.

Were you at the game today? I presume not. I was. All of it. The only element of truth in your post was that the season will probably end in relegation. We all know that, not just the Pinkun.
The players gave 100%. Morsy captained as he always does. There was no lack of effort, hunger or desire in anyone.
I listened to Radio Suffolk after and Mick Mills called it right for me. We were second best in every department on the pitch and in every way. He said that if we are four or five percent off we struggle. We were more than that.
Did anyone play well? No, not really. 26 seconds for the first goal and Newcastle never let go of the game until the last half hour training session.
Mills made a good point about the midfield. He’s right, it’s our weakest area. How to strengthen it? No idea. He also talked about three at the back possibly, Greaves centre, O’Shea right side, Burgess left side. Heck, worth a try. There is less open space in Texas than there was between our defenders today.
I’m utterly gutted to see us smashed so badly. It’s easy to pick on players like Muric, but he was not the only one who was poor today and made to look even worse by a well organised, fit team. I know some people on here love a scapegoat or culprit. I don’t really see it that way.
It was a p£ss awful football day - careful choice of words. A bad day at football is nothing to what a lot of people are going through, home and abroad.
Back to the game, sometimes you have to put your hand up, accept it for what it is and work to improve. Never stop, never give up. |  | | |

My biggest positive was that it was the most relaxed I have been at a game all season. We were so uncompetitive that there was nothing to get nervous about. |  |
