I can’t watch that cart horse, unfit bloke come on for us anymore 18:11 - Jan 5 with 20978 views | textbackup | Please just bring on anyone but him to play the last 5/10 until we get in someone semi decent. How can a professional footballer be that unfit for 5mins

I can’t watch that cart horse, unfit bloke come on for us anymore on 20:52 - Jan 6 by textbackup | Some reach to say he’s helped us get promoted… but if you like him and support him playing I respect your opinion. Lol yep horrible human, scum of the earth if you like. Probably the only football supporter, since time began, to ever call a player a cart horse. Anyway, can’t hang about, off to drown some kittens, or push old people over… as usual horrible blokes do. |
I recall writing on here that Tony Mowbray was cart horse a very long time ago. He showed me good and proper. Ali hasn’t looked very good at all but hopefully he does to you what Mowbray did to me!

He scored 4 goals and did just fine last season and was playing through injury as you know. I said it's how you come across. I have no idea what you are like off a forum but you seem to thrive on this. You might be Jay Tabb terrific in real life! 😂Anyway, well done.

I can’t watch that cart horse, unfit bloke come on for us anymore on 13:14 - Jan 6 by Vic | Utterly disrespectful to one of our players. Shame on you Texters. |
I can see what Texty is saying,he knows far more about football than me,goes to many more games than me,I take his word on it tbh. Just because someone plays for our beloved Town doesn’t mean to say they are brilliant all the time, some will be crap and not cut it in this league, that’s just how it is.

I can’t watch that cart horse, unfit bloke come on for us anymore on 06:35 - Jan 7 with 1306 views | LegendofthePhoenix | I was very surprised last Jan when we signed AAH from L2 - for a team that was pushing for promotion from the Champ, it seemed like too big a gap, but I guess there weren't many center forwards around, we had a limited budget and it was something of a punt. I thought he looked a bit out of his depth last season, but made a couple of decent runs and contributions, got 3 goals that were pretty much on a plate (incl a penalty in the cup IIRC). However, with his persistent injury, it's hampered his progression. With a year of McKenna coaching, I would have hoped he would look more potent, but he doesn't and on Saturday he wasn't even chasing balls. Doesn't he see what Liam does? Chasing lost causes and causing havoc keeps the opposition center backs on their toes in their own defensive third. If that had been the case on Sunday, maybe we get the 3 points. If he isn't fit enough to chase those balls, why on earth is he on the bench? For me, he just isn't anywhere near this team yet. Loan to L1, get the lad fit, get some confidence, but he is miles away from Premier League atm, that is obvious to anyone.

I can promise I don’t know much about our beloved game, told many times on here by those who are right, that I’m wrong 😎 That said, I do know that AAH will struggle to make it at even Championship level. 4 goals I keep seeing talked about, like they were crucial and brilliant individually worked goals… wasn’t it goals 5 and 6 vs an awful Sheffield Wednesday side, then a penalty vs Millwall (in a game where any of us could have scored) The only one of note was against Bristol city, right place right time I admit, but it just hit him and went in. Then (if memory serves me) he missed an important penalty in the same game? (Could be wrong) Once loaned out (if any club is mad enough to take on an injured player) I don’t think we see him in a Town shirt again.

Peterborough would be a good move for him. They've always Done well with their strikers and raising them well.

For the 50th time nobody has a problem with Texters having an opinion on whether Al Hamadi is good enough or not. In fact most agree a loan will be good for his development. He's young. The reason he has a ton of downers and this thread got the response it did was because of him being unbelievably disrespectful to a decent bloke (whatever his ability). Anyway, we can all move on. Can't force people to be respectful. Free country.
