It is. But describing somebody as ‘sht’ and a ‘cart horse’ when he’s one of our players is not going to help.
People are entitled to their opinions, obviously. But if this forum is just a place to deliver as much abuse as possible towards our own players to the extent that it and other forms of social media drive the Manager and Captain ask people to ease off and are subsequently completely ignored, then maybe it’s time for me to have a break. |

Just completely done with watching him play for us. Even if it’s for 5mins here and there. He’s absolutely miles off it in quality, looks horribly unfit, and yesterday didn’t even show desire.
Of course his appearance doesn’t define the game, and yes two much better players cost us in terms of stupid tackles in the box, over all I think it was a pretty solid away performance against a very good team. | |

I did think it was strange that Ali came on when he did. I though leaving Delap on for 5 more mins and then make the change in injury time (if we were still winning to kill the clock).
The OP is a little bit dramatic mind, ultimately he was not the reason we dropped points yesterday and I think everyone including the manager knows he needs to go on loan and play more football matches. Which I'm sure will happen when we sign another striker. [Post edited 6 Jan 8:49]

AAH should be loaned out this window to championship side to give him games and see what his level is. Final 10 minute cameos aren't working. The minimum requirement is he chases everything which he doesn't always and he seems more of a liability in the box as he has inadvertently blocked one or two of our own efforts on goal or strayed into offside positions this season. Completely agree - we are on the right track, the last three matches should give everyone a lot of confidence. |
We have tightened up the defence post Newcastle and are scoring more than one goal a game, which will always give us a chance. If we can get just over a point a game from now until the end of the season we should be fine. |  |

I’m not sure he’s even a championship striker I know he scored 4 but can’t remember many moments when I thought he’s got something about him, 2 of those were tap ins in a 6-0 the penalty and the one against Bristol city which he stuck his foot out for, he clearly had a pretty good attitude which is why the fans get behind him but now I think yesterday probably did his confidence more harm than good, if anything its more on McKenna than him. | |

I think McKenna has said that his groin surgery didn't quite work out so it seems likely he's training/playing in pain which will further impact his ability to get back to the speed he had before.
