West Ham are the same side without Bowen and they’ve been terrible with him. I’d say West Ham are in real danger of getting dragged into the mire without him and Antonio. Potter is a slow burn, history has told us this.

Agree. Think he has been over inflated. Not sure the West Ham board will give him the same backing as he had at Brighton. Total flop at Chelsea. West Ham are a top half club at best, so they should have stuck with Moyes. They wanted rid as he was to defensive, which is exactly how Potter likes to play. Hope their bubbles finally burst. |  |

I do think of him as one of those that’ll never get an injury though, some players are just like that, and he gives me those ‘vibes’ as the kids say.

What is anyone really expecting from West Ham? There is absolutely nothing about them that would suggest that they should do any better than where they finished last season. I feel like they are always destined for turbulence. They will have a good season where they finish higher than expected, like last season, that will raise expectations, then they will make a managerial change when the manager doesn't turn water into wine.
It is impossible for them to be successful under the current ownership and management structure. West Ham are far more likely to get relegated than break into the top 6 or even 8. The only reason that ITFC is overtaking so many clubs is that we are an extremely well-run club with everyone pushing in the same direction and with one of the most talented managers of his generation. | | | |
