I said similar in another thread. Too many similar players at the same stage of development. 1 or 2 is fine. I think our recruitment strategy has been wrong since we’ve been promoted and is the biggest area of growth for the management team, as it feels (without fully checking) that we’ve had more duds than aces since he’s been here.
One or two exceptions aside (Massimo, Hirst, Davis), our star players over the last few years were already here - Walton, Vas, Morsy, Chappers, Burns, Burgess, Woolfie, Janoi. |  |
