Incredible game. I was working late with this on one monitor and emails on the other - my version of hiding behind the sofa!

Three great goals, the power of Chaplin’s header amazes me every time I see it.

Proper sliding doors moment when Wells hit the crossbar, I’m not sure we would have come back from 2-0 down because I seem to remember we started that second half very slowly and it was that miss which kicked us into gear.

I know everyone rightly prefers the last minute Sarmiento goal but for whatever reason this one does it for me.

Just that feeling after when I knew we were going to do it this time.

Listened to this while running round the Imperial Palace in Tokyo in the rain in the morning - you can see when we score by looking at my heart rate!

I was proper grumpy after the United game & just watched the goals from last season repeat.

I still don’t think it’s sunk in how good it was.

I genuinely don't think we will ever have 2 years like the two we had.

When the little ones get old enough, will be those years I talk to them about.

This season probably isn't as negative as it feels sometimes, but it feels worse because of the fall from what was sheer euphoria last year.

I took some work colleagues to that, my previous home game having been rotherham about 3 weeks before and was full of what a good game it would be. They were looking at me a bit sideways after an hour, but not at the end...

Burns changed that game if I remember right. I'd have to check but it can't have been long after he came on as sub that he set up the AAH equaliser with a trademark sprint past the full back - probably set away by a Chaplin pass.

A game that rivals the Soton one for drama.

I took a couple of days off work for this one, and I am glad I did because I couldn't speak for a day after the game anyway!

Last season was a great achievement by a team that may have had less ability than some of it's competitors but crucially had drive, determination, ambition, desire, character and made the utmost of what they were capable of. It was good while it lasted. Those were the days.

I was there when McKenna's ITFC won in the Premier League at Home. Our only home win in a year.

This game was a typical example where the team just had an insane desire to get back into it and win which counted for more than the talented players of Leeds and Southampton.

If we had stuck with the promotion squad more this season we might have a similar number of points, but the attitude of the fans would be more like what we saw after Forest every time, like the team had really given it all but just fallen short, rather than like United or Southampton.

I see Comical Ali played his part.
