I genuinely don't think we will ever have 2 years like the two we had.
When the little ones get old enough, will be those years I talk to them about.
This season probably isn't as negative as it feels sometimes, but it feels worse because of the fall from what was sheer euphoria last year. | |

Burns changed that game if I remember right. I'd have to check but it can't have been long after he came on as sub that he set up the AAH equaliser with a trademark sprint past the full back - probably set away by a Chaplin pass.

This game was a typical example where the team just had an insane desire to get back into it and win which counted for more than the talented players of Leeds and Southampton.
If we had stuck with the promotion squad more this season we might have a similar number of points, but the attitude of the fans would be more like what we saw after Forest every time, like the team had really given it all but just fallen short, rather than like United or Southampton. | | | |
