FA want Millwall 'keepers ban extended ... on 14:05 - Mar 5 by SitfcB

Cunha was later in the day on Saturday tbf perhaps they’ll announce his tomorrow.

Automatically banned for the next 3 games just wether more gets added.

Earlier in the season Mohammed Kudus got an extended ban for more or less the same thing as Cunha, 5 games instead of 3. Cunha could be looking at 6 with previous this season.

I heard from someone that it's likely to be a five match ban for Cuhna. May or may not be true - depends on what rubbish he comes up with as justification, though likely to be just as silly as what he said about the attack on our security guard. Knowing the FA, he'll be let off just in case it weakens Wolves as they clearly like established clubs over newbies

Red card is appropriate and I'm not against the ban being extended, but the pile on for this particular tackle has been ridiculous, presumably because it's Millwall. I'm glad they showed their support of him last night

Immediately after that ‘tackle’ the Millwall fans wee a complete disgrace. It was clear that something serious wrong was wrong with the Palace player but they responded by singing ‘let him die, let him die’.

That’s not banter but the actions of c**ts.

The one against us doesn't count as a red. It was a ban for a charge of misconduct so not treated as a red. It should be taken into account though.

Fairly sure McLean Norwich had an extra game ban for a second offence and one of those was a retrospective issue, not seen by the ref.

He got a 4 game ban for the second event. So would imagine it should be the same.

The ban is pointless anyway. He's only played in the cup matches anyway, and now there out.

It doesn't seem right changing the rules anyway.

Heard a whisper yesterday that Cunha's ban likely to be extended to four games, but nothing confirmed.

It can be, and often is, extended. It's just not automatically extended in this case, because he didn't receive a red card at Portman Road.

We'll have to wait and see if the FA decide to review it and increase the default 3 game suspension. Hopefully the 'whispers' Phil heard are correct.

That was a disgusting challenge.

These days I never comment on refs decisions, don’t shout and scream… but watching that on TV, I was foaming at the mouth.
Actually said to my wife ‘if he’s not sent off I’m fcking walking out’

Yeah, we’ve NEVER sung ‘dig a hole and fcking bury him’

I remember it very loud when Venus ended that norwich blokes career…

They left that late

That's him pretty much out of the game against us.

Possibly or they might do something really brave such as doubling his previous fine and give him an additional warning.

Looks as though his original three match ban will stand and his refusal to leave the field of play will be what any additional suspension will be for.
