Sold out in 30 seconds. Me and the boy on 39 points missed out. Beyond frustrated that we'll be losing our 100% record this season!

Probably Bully in disguise.

Possible, he’s the type. Had more accounts than a branch of HSBC on here etc. Plus he’d support the bankrolling of them by Russian money and ignoring ffp etc if it’s Bournemouth.

There can be more than one person with clueless anti fan takes though. Even if they were his MO for years on here.

The arrogance and bitterness on here, Jesus.

Bournemouth can do what they please, and are one of the best teams to watch in the PL. but a few seem to think our 22 year absence from the league, but 30k stadium means we are superior to them.

The same year we were relegated from the Prem back in 2002 - Bournemouth were getting relegated down to the old Division 3.

In that time they've managed to get all the way up to the PL, back down after a few years, and then back up to the PL - this year being their 8th season of PL football. Whereas we've taken 22 years to get back - and have 1 home win and likely going straight back down.

People just don't like that 'little old Bournemouth' are a far more successful outfit in modern times than we are - the entitlement reaks.

I'm with Mullet on this one, I have to say.. I tell you what reeks, an established premiership club, which has a ground with a capacity of 11,379... it's not entitled.. it is frankly an embarrassment.. I was also under the impression that there was a minimum capacity clubs had to have in the premiership, if that's not the case then I stand corrected..

For comparisons sake, Blackpool in league 1, have a capacity of 16,616!!

It just makes us look petty (imo) - a childish rant that we have once a year when some people get upset because they don't get a ticket to a game.

The minimum capacity in the rules is 5,000 - so they're well over that.

You are also aware that the city and catchment of Southampton is more than bournmouth - not that that is the deciding factor anyway

Bournemouth/Poole/Christchurch is the largest non-industrial coonnurbation in the country. It is far bigger than Southampton which has Portsmouth / Gosport / Havant close by.

Great footballing side these days but to give away teams 1,600 tickets in this day and age is pretty ridiculous. Particularly as we bent over backwards to get our ground ship shape for the Prem.

That's probably fairly generous given their current capacity of 11,307. Given there population is over half a million , getting a home ticket must be impossible. Population surprised me, it seemed a smallish place when I last went there in the 70s. I assumed it would be Southend sized
