I would nick Sainz and Sargent 07:37 - Mar 15 with 1422 views | onceablue | I know not the normal thing to do with them being scum but if we loose Delap in summer and perhaps Omari I would have these 2 here Could do a decent job in championship if we are relegated Surely neither of them will be at NCFC next season
I would nick Sainz and Sargent on 07:46 - Mar 15 with 1366 views | Mark | Borja Sainz was banned for spitting at someone. We have plenty of attacking players already, such as Broadhead and Clarke in his position. Sargent is injury prone, so would be a risk. We will definitely need a target man to compete with Hirst if Delap goes. Both will go for good fees in the summer I expect.

Yes agreed with Broadhead but Clarke so far has been hugely disappointing He showed more in 2 games against us last season that he has shown all season for us. McKenna would be able to sort Sainz out re discipline etc

Clarke in the champ is better than Sainz. I don't think Sainz fits the culture. Moody, petulant little scroatbag. Sargent would be absolutely ideal replacement for Delap to be honest. Injury record is the concern there but might help him sharing the load with Hirst.

I would nick Sainz and Sargent on 08:14 - Mar 15 with 1242 views | Blue_Heath | You can't argue with their stats tbf but one nasty one injury prone, both horrible cheaty type players, hope both are gone before we play them but wouldn't want them here.

Moody petulant scroatbag I agree but has singlehanded kept a very poor Norwich side in the play off picture until the last week or so As I say McKenna would sort his behaviour out

Sainz has no defensive side to his game at all from what I've seen. And with the attitude, no way would I want him here, not even on a free. Sargent would be fine as one of three squad #9s in the Championship (and that's still an 'if' for me) but is made of glass.

I would nick Sainz and Sargent on 08:54 - Mar 15 with 1063 views | wrightsrightglove | Wouldn’t touch Sainz with a barge poll, his attitude is so far away from the culture we’ve developed. Sargent is too good for the championship but his injury record is holding him back. Don’t think we could have him and Hirst as two out of our three strikers as both struggle with injuries | | | | Login to get fewer ads
I would nick Sainz and Sargent on 09:05 - Mar 15 with 1025 views | King_of_Portman_Rd | Sargent will be playing in the Prem next season or moving onto a decent European league. That is if he can keep fit between now and the summer. Good age, good pedigree and they spent close to £10m for him 4 years ago. He’ll be moving on to bigger places than we’ll be next season. As for any of their other players, I think we could find (and afford) better players in the football league than go knocking on their door for anyone
I would nick Sainz and Sargent on 09:17 - Mar 15 with 989 views | SaffronWaldenBlues | This season we signed a bucket load of Championship players from clubs that were in the Playoff range last season and we have ended up back in the Championship. Why would we, if serious about promotion, start signing players from a side looking increasingly unlikely to even make the playoffs this season? You are what you eat as it were.

Sainz would never get anything done. He'd be too busy falling over and crying that the toilets kicked him when he tried to clean them.

We’ll be a parachute club next season so financially in a different league and in the top 2-3 favourites to win the league….Is Sargent that highly rated that he’d be out of our league? I’m sure it would be hard to do as it’s them but surprised to think he’d be out of our league.

If we are going to learn from our PL experience then buying a twiggy, injury-prone striker is probably not the way to go. I hope our championship campaign is mixed with a few that are PL potential muscle (if we go down).
