We all wanted the miracle of survival but as you say, it's so hard to do especially for a team who's been on our journey.

Thought the midfield was the big difference between the teams today, we couldn’t get near them.

I thought they were pretty shlte, there wasnt an ounce of quality on the pitch from either side today. We watched better football in League One. Wolves won the physical battle hnds doen though. |  |

I think the awful job that Gary O'Neil was doing meant that we forgot what a quality side Wolves had. It's impressive how badly he was managing them.
Squad wise there are weaker squads than Wolves in the league - there's just been no sign of any of them having a terrible season like we'd have needed them to have. | |

Most of the established premier league teams are packed full of athletic specimen with power, pace and durability. Our players look like weaklings in comparison. As and when we return to this level this will be something we need to address and with the right scouting in the right places these players can be found probably abroad and possibly cheaper.
In hindsight we have spent a lot on players some who have not been good enough or have the right physical attributes for this league. In Championship though it’s a different matter |  | | |
