How much do you reckon these Ed Sheeran tickets will be then? 07:43 - May 7 with 7320 viewsThe_Flashing_Smile

I'm tempted, should be some event. But if you're looking at north of £80 (and there's two of us) I don't think I'll bother.

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

I just don't know why you feel the need to be such a dick about it, nobody else in this thread has.

No she tried those as well apparently. all gone by 10.30

whats going on at 9.45 tommorow ? more being released?

At the risk of continuing to be a dick, are you sure she didn’t misread something?

I was slightly late joining the queue as had a meeting overrun, ended up 9000-something and didn’t get through until 10:35 and had no problem getting 5 tickets for the Saturday. Email confirmation landed 10:41 to give an idea on timings

"Didnt get any i was 8000 odd in he queue and i got the buying page but every set of 4 tickets i tried said no longer available i even tried sets of 3 and 1 and two sets of 2 as a last ditch attempt i tried the 259 each hotel package tickets and even theyd gone.

tried the other 2 dates, same thing. "

so pretty sure she wasnt misreading.

its a shame but obviosuly wasnt meant to be

But even if you find Eds music a bit bland you could still enjoy the support acts of Busted or James Blunt.

They must have been standing tickets? I was looking for seated and there was nothing at that time

Yeah they were standing. All seating areas were still showing availability but I never clicked through as only after standing, so may well have been just individual ones dotted around by that point

My advice would be to get on at 9:45 tomorrow - still be in a queue but should be ahead of some people at least.

My missus got 6 standing tickets are 10:16, seems like it was a bit of a lottery

Mrs MJ tried at 10am as an album pre-orderer.. it was basically sold out on all 3 days by 10.05 . she went for the expensive tickets at 200 a pop and cheap ones - and variants of 2+2 and 3+1) but no avail.. she was 8000 in the queue at 10.00.02.

This sounds nonsense.

Was 12,500 in the queue at 10:01. At 10:30 was 6700 in queue and it froze for 10 mins. Eventually at 10:50 got into booking room got 6 x pitch access tickets at £106 each. Didn’t see any £300 tickets.

This was for the Saturday which I suspect was the most requested day.

Well that’s ballacks. Once you selected your date you joined a queue. You couldn’t switch between dates. She either fcked up or didn’t even try.

I may be wrong but isn't the stage at the north stand end? If so, north stand tickets are behind the stage.

for some reason Id assumed it would be like the logo of the album, just a triangle in the middle of the pitch...be different and maximises views from around the stadium

I'd assume that both pre-sales will only be for a portion of the tickets; and potentially a lot of the duff tickets at that.

There will definitely be a good chunk held back for general sale on each date.

and if its Ticketmaster doing the selling definitely, the presales are just certain blocks, its not the whole availability first come first served, and certainly for events in London, actually some blocks in the presale dont come online till later in the day but they look sold out already, but once the rush has subsided they appear, and the ones put on first are often the worst views, because they know in the mad rush to get a ticket, people will buy them regardless thinking thats all thats left.

its like theyve made a business out of selling tickets...

Standing tickets were fine. It was the seated ones that went really quickly and had the expensive hotel packages.
