I absolutely agree.
I love Omari and hope he has a great career. But ITFC and McKenna and the coaches have improved him and coached him to be what he is today. He and his agent need to honour the contract he was happy to sign with us and if someone comes in with an offer that Ashton thinks is worthy then fine let’s part on good terms.

This! We have been a walkover for years and it's refreshing to see a new stance where we can hold out. Whether it's Omari and the price or Broady and the timing - we hold the cards and if the other clubs don't like it fine. If he had any sense he won't want Brentford - relegation prospects, small club etc. Forest slightly ahead but they do sing Mull of Kintyre which is bloody annoying. Everton - can't stand them for some reason and that t-rex in goal. If he doesn't stay, my fav place woudl be Newcastle just because I lived there and they are a great club.

My take is that Omari will be sold but only after we’ve played B’ham and Southampton - think we will relay on him to be professional and wanting to play well for KM.
This will help the club out in regards to two difficult fixtures as well as giving the club a tad more time to bring in a suitable replacement as well as some more signings. I wouldn’t be surprised if this hadn’t been discussed with him. |  | | |

Much as I'd love us to go into this season with Hutch, if someone goes north of £40m for him then it's hard to see how we turn that down. That would give us a lot of wiggle room with our business for this season and the business we'd need to do next season if we go back up. |  |
